Brick Sorter

As a brick sorter, you will play an important role in the production process. You will be sorting bricks according to their color.

Your tasks:

• Sorting and piling up the bricks on pallets

• Prepared small shapes and placed them in a form container to make oven packs

• Stacking of dried stones

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English language and other languages optional

• You should have the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team environment while being self-motivated to work independently

• Dedication to delivering high-quality work

• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime hours

Company details:

Discover the timeless craftsmanship at our client, a brick factory with nearly 100 years of history. Here, bricks are still baked in the traditional way in a coal-fired kiln. After forming, the bricks are transported to drying sheds, where they dry naturally for weeks. Then comes the unique baking process in the kiln, where the stokers carefully control the fire through each chamber for 10 to 14 days. The result is a range of bricks with natural color variations, influenced by the coal-fired flames. At Steenfabriek, the traditional approach is preserved, with modern technologies for efficiency. The bricks are of top quality, durable, and free from dyes and additives.
