Job Description

As a Greenhouse Worker within the LTO Glaskracht network, you will:

• Plant, nurture, and harvest flowers and ornamental plants in modern greenhouses

• Monitor greenhouse climate conditions such as temperature and humidity

• Perform quality inspections and maintain plant health

• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace

• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve production goals

Requirements

• Physically fit and motivated to work in greenhouse conditions

• Willing to work flexible shifts

• Basic English communication skills

• EU or non-EU citizenship (work permit support available)

• Willingness to live in shared accommodation arranged by PeopleRelocate
