Mechanical Engineering Consultant for Movable Art Structures

As a Mechanical Engineering Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing mechanical systems for movable art structures. Your work will involve various project phases, from initial design to execution and asset management. You will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver expert advice and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Specialize in mechanical installations for movable art structures.

Lead projects involving complex infrastructure like the Botlek Bridge, the Schinkel Bridge, or historical cycling bridges.

Embrace data-driven, innovative, and efficient approaches to work.

Engage in all project phases, from conceptual design to asset management, including detailed design, contract preparation, and execution support.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum of three years of experience in (digital) design and dimensioning of movable art structures.

Proficiency in static and dynamic calculations and relevant standards.
