Job Opportunity: Loader / Unloader

Position: Loader / Unloader
Salary:

Starting at €2,100 gross / 144 guaranteed hours per 4 weeks
€14.58 gross per hour
Increases with experience:
- After 3 months: €2,150 gross
- After 6 months: €2,225 gross

Location: Various warehouse locations across the Netherlands
Shift Schedule: Monday to Saturday, morning shifts only (start/end times vary depending on workload)

Job Description

Stuwarooij is looking for motivated, physically fit individuals to join our logistics team as Loaders/Unloaders. You will manually unload containers with various goods ranging from lightweight plush toys to heavier items like PCs or wine bottles. Package weights vary from 1–2 kg up to more than 25 kg.

The work is physically demanding and always team-based, typically involving unloading 4 containers per day in pairs. Flexibility is essential, as job locations may vary day-to-day across the Netherlands.

Accommodation:

Shared rooms (2 people per room)

Transport:

Free transport to and from work
Drivers may be asked to use company cars (fuel, repairs, and insurance paid by the company)

Advance Payment:

€75/week available after one full week of work
Salaries paid every 4 weeks

Physically strong and reliable workers
Flexible and able to travel between locations
Willing to work mornings, including some Saturdays
Safety-conscious and able to follow warehouse protocols
